  Ishmael Foday Kallon Is A Force To Reckon With In The NGC Party.  Ishmael Foday Kallon is one of the earliest converts to the KKY Movement in the Politics of Sierra Leone. The name Kallon is a household name within the Youth Sector at the NGC. He grew within the ranks and served as Ag.
