Maada Kpulun Warned
Disciplinary Committee Cautions Maada Kpulun.
NGC Strong man, Josepg Maada Kpulun has been cautioned by the National Grand Coalition Party Disciplinary Committee Chairman. The warning shot fired at Mr. Kpulun came after he released an audio on social media threatening the Eastern Regional Chiarman of the party, Mr. Felix James over the proposed conduct of the Pujehun District Election on Friday 19th August 2022.
The Committee however noted that, they have asked Mr. Felix James to diffee the election to another date and commend Mr. James for showing "leadership qualities."
Mr. Joseph Maada Kpulun was however reprimanded for his utterances on social media against Mr. Felix James and was "advised to desist from making any statements that might lead to chaos and to ensure that he puts across any concerns in future cases he is interested in through the appropriate channels of the party," the Memo stated. Read below the full statement fron the Disciplinary Committee of the NGC party.
MEMO
The attention of the Disciplinary Committee was this afternoon drawn to an audio from Mr Joseph Maada Kpulum threatening disorder should there be any attempt to conduct an election tomorrow in Pujehun.
The Pujehun issue being part of the Tonkoliki, Bombali and Pujehun cases that are being looked into by the Committee, Mr Felix James has agreed ( in consultation with the IEC) to put the proposed election on hold until the Committee shall have properly delved into the said cases. Thank you Mr. Felix James for being an exemplary leader with good leadership qualities.
On the other hand, Mr Joseph Maada Kpulun is hereby advised to desist from making any statements that might lead to chaos and to ensure that he puts across any concerns in future cases he is interested in through the appropriate channels of the party.
Again, we want to maintain discipline and create a space where ALL can work peacefully and coexist as family. Thank you.
Hon.Foday Mario Kamara
Chairman
